1. Use of this website
You may browse, share, and reference content on valorcostumes.com freely for non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the site without written permission. You may not use the site or our contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, harassment, or unlawful content.
2. Quote requests are non-binding
Submitting a request through our quote form does not create a contract. Quotes we provide are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Production begins only after both parties confirm the order in writing and the 60% deposit is received.
The remaining 40% balance is due before shipment. We do not begin shipping until full payment is confirmed.
3. Intellectual property
Any artwork, design files, reference images, or character IP you share with us remains your property. We will not reuse, modify, license, or display your character design for another client without written consent.
The photos, written content and brand identity on valorcostumes.com are owned by Shangyou Zhaorong Cartoon Mascot Costume Factory — you may not reproduce them in your own marketing without permission.
When we build a custom mascot for your order, you own the physical product. We retain the right to keep behind-the-scenes process photos for our own portfolio unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
4. Production, approval & defects
Production timelines quoted are working-day estimates (typically 10–15 days for standard complexity). For foam-sculpted mascots, you will be asked to approve the white foam model before fabric application. Once you approve, changes may incur additional cost and time.
Every costume is inspected before packing. We include a small repair kit with each shipment. If you discover a manufacturing defect (structural failure, fabric seam opening, fan malfunction on inflatable units) within 30 days of delivery, contact us with photos — we will arrange repair or replacement at our cost.
Normal wear from active performance use (fabric pilling, minor scuffs, gradual color fading) is not a defect and is not covered.
5. Limitation of liability
Our total liability under any order is capped at the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including but not limited to missed event dates, lost sponsorship revenue, or third-party claims beyond our control.
6. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute we cannot resolve amicably will be referred to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Ganzhou sub-commission, with proceedings in English.
