Send us your character artwork — a logo, sketch, 2D design or AI-generated image, in any format. The more references you share, the more accurate our recommendation.
Technical Analysis
We analyze your character and recommend the right construction — EVA foam, inflatable or premium foam sculpted — then confirm proportions, colors, materials and details, with a 3D model or white-foam preview so you see the plan before we build.

Payment
A 60% deposit starts production; the remaining 40% is settled before shipping.
Production
Our craftsmen build your mascot: carving, stitching or molding by hand depending on the construction. Production takes 10–15 days (12–15 for foam sculpted).
Your Approval
We send you photos of the finished costume. If anything needs adjustment, we fix it before packing — nothing ships until you approve.
Quality Inspection
We check appearance, stitching, visibility, ventilation and functionality, and include a repair kit so minor issues are easy to handle.
Packing
Custom protective packing keeps your mascot safe from scratches and compression during long-distance transport; inflatables fold flat.
