1. What we collect
When you submit a quote request through our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, the mascot design files or reference images you attach, the construction type you are interested in, and any project details you include in your message. We also automatically log your IP address and the language version of the site you used, for spam-prevention purposes.
We do not collect or store payment information through this site. Payment arrangements are handled by email or contract after we have spoken with you directly.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and (if you become a client) manage your mascot production project. We may follow up by email if we believe a relevant update or offer is directly connected to a previous inquiry — you can opt out at any time by replying 'unsubscribe'.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with marketing platforms.
3. Where your data lives
Inquiry emails are stored on our email server ([email protected]). Our website is self-hosted. We do not run a separate marketing database — your inquiry email IS the record.
We retain inquiry emails for up to 5 years from the date of your last contact with us, after which they are permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
4. Cookies & analytics
This website does not set tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party analytics tool. The only cookie our site may set is a session cookie required for the language preference, and it expires when you close your browser.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with your request. We respond within 5 working days.
If you are located in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA — including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we change how we collect or use data, or when the law requires it. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new 'last updated' date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
